Job Description

As a RealPage Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and expanding our multifamily SaaS product offerings and integration capabilities. You will report to a leader at the director level or above.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Define product strategy and roadmap.
  • Understand market needs and competitive position.
  • Interact with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Review and approve specifications.
  • Review and approve training materials and release notes.
  • Develop subject-matter expertise for one or more product component areas.
  • Conduct customer workshops, demonstrate new and/or enhanced products.
  • Research and recommend product pricing as needed.
  • Create and/or maintain product profitability, as needed.
  • Work across products and lines of business to launch new products and features.
  • Facilitate new product or feature market launch, as needed.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Post-graduate degree in Business Administration or Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and product management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or user interface design tools.
  • Familiarity with various development methodologies including Agile procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven record of communicating with individuals at all levels.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Must be willing to flex schedule as required to meet customer, global team, and release management requirements.
