Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend microservices for a high-throughput trading system
• Build and maintain REST/gRPC APIs with proper versioning and error handling
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven architectures (Kafka/NATS/RabbitMQ)
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and data consistency
• Integrate with third-party services like payment gateways, KYC, and financial APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Languages : Golang (primary), Java; Python (analytics/scripting).
• Databases : PostgreSQL, Redis, Typesense.
• Messaging : Kafka, NATS, WebSockets.
• Infrastructure : Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or GCP.
• Integrations : Clearing broker APIs, KYC providers, payment gateways
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in fintech / banking / payments domains
• Understanding of financial systems (ledger, reconciliation)
• Exposure to payment gateways or broker integrations
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards
• Experience with Elasticsearch or Typesense
• Performance tuning and optimization experience
