Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Backend Engineer specializing in Golang development, based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include designing and developing scalable backend architectures, writing efficient, reusable, and reliable code, and ensuring system integration with front-end components. The Senior Backend Engineer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-performance backend solutions and ensure code quality through regular reviews and testing. You will also play a key role in optimizing application performance and resolving technical challenges for business-critical applications.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development

Proven experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and principles

Basic working knowledge of Front-End Development and understanding of client-side languages

Advanced Programming skills with expertise in Golang and experience in building scalable and secure systems

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus
