Position: Backend Engineer (TT610SI RM 4091)

Face-to-Face walk-in interview drive on 15 April at Bangalore office

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; BE/M.tech would be preferred.
• 6-10 years’ experience in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Deep knowledge of Core Java including Collections, Concurrency, and Multi-threading.
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda)
• Familiarity with GIT, Gerrit, Github and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with Docker for containerization
• Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito)
• Strong problem-solving skills and awareness of devOps and Agile principles.
• Should be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.

What Is Nice To Have

• Good experience in Automotive software development.
• Good to have experience in performance optimization (KPIs)
• Test Driven Development practices.
• Experience in agile environments and DevOps culture
• Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud and microservices
• Exposure to DevOps culture and agile methodologies
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) for full-stack collaboration
