About the Role :-

A seasoned Product Manager with 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end development and scaling of B2B SaaS products, preferably in startup environments. Strong technical foundation with exposure to AI, LLMs, GPTs, and hands-on experience through coding or side projects. Proven ability to translate data, user insights, and experimentation into impactful product decisions and innovation.

Demonstrates deep collaboration across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and senior leadership to deliver user-centric solutions. A strategic, results-driven leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for building high-quality products that drive business growth.

GlobalData, a leading market intelligence company, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product Innovations team. In this role, you will drive the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge B2B SaaS solutions.

You will leverage your expertise in product management and user experience design to deliver transformative products. These products will empower our diverse global client base across industries to gain a competitive edge and make strategic, data-driven decisions.

Product Innovations team, you will play a vital role to provide our clients with the intelligence and tools they need to navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

Job Requirement :-

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA, PGDM, or other advanced degree in ProductManagement preferred.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B companies or startups with SaaS-based products.

• Candidates with experience from personal startup projects, coding experience, or side projects are highly desirable. Please include

• Proven ability to successfully launch and scale B2B SaaS products in any domain. Experience with AI, LLMs, GPTs will be highly

appreciated.

• Demonstrable expertise in UX/UI design principles and a proven track record of collaborating with designers to deliver user-centric

solutions.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the capacity to translate complex data into actionable product recommendations.

• Strategic mindset, passion for innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive business growth.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

Results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities :-

• Lead the entire product development process, from brainstorming ideas to launching the product.

• Work closely with senior leaders, AI-steer committee, and teams like engineering, design, sales, and marketing.

• Clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams, executives, and external partners.

• Drive product innovation and improvement through experimentation, A/B testing, and using data to make decisions.

• Work with the central product team to create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. This ensures

everyone is on the same page during development.

• Monitor product usage, identify areas for improvement, and proactively drive user adoption.
