Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experiencedJava Architectwith a minimum of8+ yearsof professional expertise to drive the evolution of our software ecosystem. This role is pivotal in managing the transition and coexistence ofmonolithicandmicroservicesarchitectures. You will lead the design of high-level and low-level system structures, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and built on solidOOPSprinciples andJ2EEstandards.

Key Responsibilities

• System Design & Strategy:Lead the architectural design of bothHigh-Level (HLD)andLow-Level (LLD)structures for enterprise-scale applications.

• Architectural Migration:Oversee the strategic decomposition ofmonolithicapplications into modularmicroserviceswhile maintaining system stability and performance.

• Technical Leadership:Act as the primary authority onObject-Oriented Programming (OOPS)principles andJ2EEdesign patterns to ensure code maintainability.

• Data Architecture:Design and optimize complexSQLschemas and data access layers to handle high-concurrency environments.

• Innovation:Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance system reliability and reduce architectural complexity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:8+ yearsin software engineering with at least3+ yearsin an architect or lead role.

• Architectural Expertise:Proven track record in designing and deploying bothMonolithicandMicroservicesarchitectures.

• Design Mastery:Deep expertise in creating comprehensiveHLD(High-Level Design) andLLD(Low-Level Design) documentation.

• Core Technology Stack:Mastery ofJava,J2EE(EJB, JSP, Servlets), and modern frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot.

• Database Proficiency:Advanced knowledge ofSQL, including performance tuning, indexing strategies, and complex query optimization.

• Foundational Excellence:Strong command ofObject-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)and SOLID principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and event-driven messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
