Job description

• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
• Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems
• Developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable

format

• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using

relevant data

• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis

steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends

• Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
• Setup robust automated dashboards to drive performance management
• Derive business insights from data with a focus on driving business level metrics
• 4 to 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

• Problem solving - Assess what data is required to prove hypotheses and derive

actionable insights

• Analytical skills - Top notch excel skills are necessary
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Hands on with SQL, Hive, Excel and comfortable handling very large scale data.
• Ability to interact and convince business stakeholders.
• Experience working with web analytics platforms is an added advantage.
• Experimentative mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Advance SQL , MS Excel and Python or R is a must
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable

solutions.
