Role Overview

Assistant Manager – Growth (Loan Against Mutual Fund)

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Assistant Manager – Growth to support user and value growth for the Loan Against Mutual Fund (LAMF) product. This role will work closely with product, central growth, marketing, and operations teams to identify growth opportunities, improve funnel conversion, and execute data-backed initiatives across the user lifecycle.

Prior experience in LAMF is not mandatory. However, experience in fintech or lending-led consumer products is a strong plus, along with a solid foundation in growth execution, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support user acquisition and value growth initiatives for the LAMF product across relevant user cohorts.
  • Assist in planning and executing growth experiments to improve discovery, eligibility checks, and application-to-disbursal conversion.
  • Work with product and tech teams to identify funnel drop-offs and help optimize user journeys.
  • Execute targeted campaigns for acquisition, reactivation, and cross-sell using internal growth channels and CRM levers.
  • Analyze user behavior, cohort performance, and campaign metrics to derive actionable insights.
  • Own day-to-day campaign execution, tracking, and reporting, with clear visibility on ROI and performance KPIs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of growth initiatives and experiments.

Superpowers (What We’re Looking For):

  • 2– 6 years of experience in growth, category management, or business roles within fintech, lending, or consumer internet companies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign execution, funnel analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • High ownership and execution bias, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Clear and structured communication skills.
  • MBA from a reputed institute is a plus but not mandatory.
