About the Role:

You will work on a broad range of cutting-edge deep learning and Gen AI problems across a variety of industries. You will be engaging with clients to understand their business context. Role: Gen AI CoE Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify emerging GenAI technologies and evaluate their business
• Establish best practices, governance, and responsible AI guidelines for GenAI
• Monitor emerging GenAI trends, tools, and
• Run innovation sprints to test applicability of cutting-edge GenAI
• Build reusable artifacts for common GenAI approaches
• Design end-to-end GenAI architectures to standardize
• Work closely with:
  • Pre-sales teams to validate feasibility of proposed
  • Demo teams to ensure realistic and impactful AI capabilities in client
  • Delivery teams for smooth transition from prototype to
• Ensure technical and business alignment throughout the solution

Desired Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in AI/ML with at least 2+ years in GenAI research or applied
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Statistics, Operations Research, Machine Learning or related technical fields
• Deep expertise in Deep learning, LLMs, agentic AI , prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of building and deploying GenAI solutions or
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across delivery, marketing, and sales teams
• Familiarity with multiple domains (e.g., CPG, pharma, BFSI)
• Expertise in fairness, transparency, bias mitigation, and regulatory
• Knowledge of automation pipelines, model monitoring, retraining strategies, and version control for GenAI.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI services across major clouds (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, etc.)
