About the Role: Executive Assistant

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

Provide high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing travel. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas and materials
• Handle official and personal travel arrangements and expense reports
• Draft and proofread correspondence and report
• Manage all banking / investment operations
• Maintain confidential information and manage sensitive documents
• Assist with project management and other tasks as needed
• Manage any other coordination official or personal work

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in private banks. ● Proficient in MS Office and other office management tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills along with strong

communication and interpersonal abilities

• Discretion and confidentiality

Shift:

• Should be fine working in US Shift (6 pm- 3 am IST)
