Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalabledata and analytics solutionsthat transform complex datasets into actionable insights aligned withbusiness objectives and strategic priorities.
• Leadbusiness and stakeholder discussionsto translate business challenges into robust technical and analytical solutions.
• Design and implementbusiness KPI frameworks and metrics hierarchiesthat enable consistent performance tracking and informed decision-making.
• Generatedeep business insightsthat go beyond reporting to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities for growth, efficiency, and performance improvement.
• Design, develop, and optimizebusiness dashboards, queries, data models, and semantic layersto ensure performance, scalability, and usability.
• Contribute to and guide the development ofmodern data architecturesthat support scalable analytics and evolving business needs.
• Drivedata-driven decision-makingby aligning analytics outputs with business strategy and operational priorities.
• Establish and maintainbest practices, documentation standards, SOPs, and governance frameworksfor analytics and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate withdata engineering, BI, and business teams, mentor team members, and manage multiple engagements to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Experience and Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience inData Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Platforms.
• Proven experienceleading analytics programs, data platforms, or enterprise BI initiatives.
• Deep expertise indata modeling, semantic layers, and scalable analytics architecture.
• Strong experience managingclient relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drivedata strategy, analytics adoption, and business impact.
• Experience mentoring teams and managingmultiple delivery streams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Exposure to domains such asBFSI, CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Marketingis a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills in dynamic environments.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
