Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in AdTech . This role will be responsible for owning the product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and continuous improvement. Candidates without AdTech experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: Define product vision and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals. Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful products. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements. Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to ensure timely releases. Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive user engagement. Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Stay updated on AdTech trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of Product Management experience in AdTech (Mandatory). Strong understanding of digital advertising, programmatic platforms, and ad server technology. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field. Preferred Skills: Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
