About the role
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our consumer-facing web and mobile digital experience ecosystem across multiple properties and platforms. This is a hybrid role spanning consumer product management, experimentation and CRO, digital experience and DXP thinking, analytics and attribution, and AI-native product delivery. The role will also drive an organization-wide front-end acceleration program through reusable component libraries, content and experience patterns, and prompt-driven UI generation workflows that improve speed, consistency, and quality across teams.
Job responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for consumer web and mobile experiences across platforms, ensuring coherent journeys and strong UX consistency across web, Android, and iOS.
- Drive end-to-end experimentation and CRO by defining hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, A/B tests, and scale-up decisions based on durable business impact.
- Own the measurement layer across web and app journeys, including event taxonomy, tracking plans, instrumentation quality, funnel reporting, and experiment readouts.
- Partner with marketing and growth teams on conversion tracking and attribution across Google, Meta, and related ecosystems, while accounting for privacy and platform constraints.
- Lead digital experience initiatives across CMS, DXP, and MarTech-adjacent surfaces, including content-led journeys, personalization hooks, reusable page patterns, and scalable experience frameworks.
- Drive the creation of reusable front-end component and prompt catalogs so teams can replicate high-quality UI components quickly using AI-assisted development workflows.
- Establish governance for component libraries, content patterns, and shared experience assets, including contribution model, review gates, documentation standards, and adoption metrics.
- Work in a spec-driven development model by writing crisp PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and execution artifacts that engineering and design teams can use with minimal ambiguity.
- Use AI-native workflows for prototyping, requirements shaping, prompt writing, and accelerating delivery in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Lead user testing, rapid prototyping, and iterative improvement loops to continuously improve experience quality and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Required qualifications
- 7 - 9 years of product management experience with strong ownership of consumer-facing web and mobile products and a track record of shipping measurable product outcomes.
- MBA from a strong institution along with a Computer Science or Engineering background.
- Strong hands-on experience in experimentation, A/B testing, CRO, funnel optimization, and post-test analysis with clear understanding of metrics and guardrails.
- Strong understanding of web and app analytics, instrumentation, customer tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement across digital journeys.
- Good practical understanding of cross-platform mobile ecosystems, especially Flutter and/or React Native, including trade-offs between shared foundations and native capabilities.
- Experience working with CMS and digital experience platforms, including enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or Drupal, and/or headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Contentstack, or Strapi; should understand structured content, reusable components, content models, and content libraries.

- Ideal candidates should have experience in consumer internet, fintech, D2C, marketplace, subscription, travel, or other high-velocity digital product environments where experimentation and funnel optimization are core.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with DXP and personalization-led ecosystems and comfort operating at the intersection of product, UX, content, analytics, and digital marketing journeys.
- Experience building or scaling design systems, component libraries, or shared front-end foundations across multiple teams and properties.
- Familiarity with feature flagging, experimentation platforms, and rollout tooling used for safe releases and structured testing.
Familiarity with privacy-aware mobile measurement, including ATT, SKAdNetwork, and server-side measurement augmentation patterns.
