About the Role

Anaplan is on a mission to revolutionize business planning by connecting organizations and people to make better, faster decisions. We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager for AI Engineering to lead our talented team in building the next generation of intelligent planning solutions. This is a critical leadership role where you will drive the technical strategy and execution for AI/ML initiatives, directly impacting Anaplan’s product and our customers' success. You will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge AI, from time series forecasting to generative and agentic AI, into our market-leading platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Define and execute the roadmap for AI/ML projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategy.

Architect and oversee the development of scalable, robust, and production-grade AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Drive best practices for the full machine learning lifecycle, including MLOps, CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and governance.

Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI/ML, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI, to identify and implement new opportunities.

Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience leading AI/ML teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

Deep expertise in time series forecasting and machine learning.

Experience architecting and deploying scalable, production-grade AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and cloud-native architectures.
