Group Product Marketing Manager

• Job Title: Group Product Manager - Marketing
• Location: Mumbai, India
• Core Objective: Support the Product Management Team (PMT) by managing and developing assigned brands, driving sales growth, and ensuring brand profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and monitor innovative marketing and channel strategies.
• Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand reviews.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and participate in CMEs and doctor conferences.
• Develop product visual aids and marketing literature and provide product training to sales teams.
• Track market trends, competitor actions, and secondary sales data.
• Manage internal/external vendors and ensure ROI on marketing activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years of marketing experience specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Education: Graduate/postgraduate degree in marketing, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm from a reputed institute.
• Skills: Expertise in product launches, campaign management, out-of-the-box thinking, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Languages: English and Hindi.
• Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, high-pressure resilience, customer orientation, and excellent communication skills.
