Design the experiences that secure the internet

Auth0 protects over 5 billion login transactions monthly. Every pixel, interaction, and moment of friction shapes how millions experience digital identity. We're looking for a product designer with deep craft, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead through complexity.

You'll design experiences that developers and enterprise admins use daily—balancing simplicity with the sophistication that security demands.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design for Auth0's Dashboard, Universal Login, and developer experiences. From discovery research through polished UI.
• Lead strategic initiatives with product managers and engineering leads to define roadmaps and shape product direction
• Create pixel-perfect interfaces with attention to visual design, interaction patterns, and accessibility
• Prototype and validate ideas through iteration, user research, and data
• Evolve our design system, establishing patterns that scale across Auth0 and Okta
• Mentor designers and raise the bar for craft and process across the team
• Represent user needs in a security-focused domain where clarity builds trust

What we're looking for

• 7+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio showing strong visual design and systems thinking
• Experience simplifying complex, multi-step workflows without losing power or flexibility
• Strong prototyping skills in Figma or similar tools; comfort with code-based prototypes
• Research fluency and knowing when to run usability tests, review analytics, or trust informed intuition
• Clear communication that influences stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience mentoring designers, leading critiques, or shaping team culture
• Bonus: Experience with developer tools, B2B SaaS, or identity/security products
