Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications.
• Architect and develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs in Java.
• Ensure the delivery of robust, secure, and performance-optimized backend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and product managers to achieve project objectives.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Proficiency in Java, especially with Spring Boot framework
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST API development
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Preferred
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
