Program Overview

This is areferral-only, high-intent internship programdesigned for individuals looking totransition into the data analytics domain.

The program focuses onreal-world business problem solving, data analysis, and visualization, with a clear pathway tofull-time conversion as a Senior Data Analyst or Associate Manager Analytics, based on performance.

• Have a background inEngineering / Mathematics / Statistics / BCA/ MCA● Are looking topivot into Data Analytics (not Data Science)
• Demonstrate strong intent, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset

What You Will Do

• Work onreal client-like business problemsacross industries
• Understand business contexts and translate them intoanalytical questions● Performdata cleaning, transformation, and exploratory analysis
• Createdashboards and visualizationsusing tools like Tableau / Power BI ● Generate insights throughSQL-based data extraction and analysis● Support creation ofstructured outputs (reports, data summaries, cross-tabs, etc.)● Collaborate with teams to understand how analytics integrates into decision-making

○ SQL (preferred, not mandatory)

○ Any visualization tool (good to have)

• Willingness tolearn, unlearn, and adapt quickly
