Job Description
KPI & Performance Management
Maintain and update KPI dashboards for CEO and leadership review
Track weekly/monthly performance across engineering, SRE, and operations
Highlight deviations, risks, and required interventions
Drive closure on action items arising from KPI reviews
Ensure KPIs stay aligned with evolving priorities and governance needs
Manage JIRA boards, issue workflows, and sprint/epic tracking
Ensure correct ticket creation, tagging, linking, and SLA adherence
Maintain hygiene of JIRA dashboards and reporting views
Configure fields, filters, workflows, and automations as required
Train stakeholders on JIRA usage and enforce consistency
Coordinate withstrategic Zeta clientson operational topics, releases, and escalations
Track client‑impacting changes, incidents, demos, and dependencies
Ensure client commitments communicated via the CEO Office are executed reliably
Support preparation for client reviews, demos, and leadership interactions
Act as a bridge between internal teams and client stakeholders when required
Review calendars daily and ensure RSVPs are accurate
Schedule meetings/calls based on leadership requests
Maintain meeting readiness with agendas, notes, and coordination
Executive reporting for the CEO office stakeholders and clients
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reports

Reporting & Metrics
Strong execution and delivery discipline
Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management
Comfort working withexternal / enterprise clients
High proficiency inJIRA, including boards, dashboards, workflows, filters, and configurations
Scrum/Agile knowledge preferred
Strong analytical and KPI‑driven mindset
High ownership, attention to detail, and follow‑through
Project/Program Management experience preferable
