UI/UX Front-End Developer
Job Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Front-End Developer who can bring design thinking and front-end development together to create clean, intuitive, and high-performing digital experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building polished user interfaces, cares deeply about usability, and wants to take ownership of their work from concept to delivery. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and engineering teams to turn ideas, wireframes, and prototypes into responsive, accessible, and scalable user interfaces.

What You’ll Do
- Convert wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality front-end interfaces
- Build responsive, mobile-first, and cross-browser web applications
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Create reusable UI components and help improve design consistency across products
- Apply UX/UI best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and visual quality
- Optimize interfaces for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions
- Continuously improve UI patterns based on feedback, analytics, and user behavior
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Front-End Developer, UI Developer, UX/UI Developer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ES6+
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, usability, and interaction design
- Ability to translate designs from Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch into production-ready interfaces
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for clean, modern UI
- A proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and willingness to take ownership in a fast-moving environment
Good to Have
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks
- Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development
- Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.x
- Exposure to APIs and back-end integration
- Experience with tools such as Vite, Webpack, npm/yarn, ESLint, Prettier, Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
