Lead Software engineer - Full Stack Java - IT (Information Technology) - Bangalore, India

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven senior Java developer who excels in backend development, contributes to clean architecture, supports front-end when needed, and thrives in a fast-evolving tech environment.

v Design and develop platforms using Java and Spring Boot, aligned with microservices, cloud-native principles, and domain-driven design.

v Contribute to reusable frameworks and clean architectural foundations that support modular, maintainable solutions.

v Build with awareness of IS landscape for seamless end-to-end flow.

v Ensure performance, security, and CI/CD readiness.

v Lead design discussions and code reviews, unblock teams, and advocate for clarity, simplicity, and maintainability in delivery.

Profile required

Profile Required

v 8+ years in JVM-based development, strong in Java & Spring ecosystem

v Solid in REST APIs, batch jobs, Postgre/Oracle

v Exposure to messaging (RabbitMQ), CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

v Working knowledge of Angular/React

v Ability to understand the problem deeply before applying technology.

v Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication & mentoring ability.
